the FHR register...

The Friend of the Human Race Register is a database of environmental and public health professionals willing to work on development projects and in disaster and emergency situations, at home or in cultures other than their own.
The database will be made available to relevant non-governmental organisations (NGOs) and government departments, but only after clearance from candidates.
